This project was a £2.4 million development of 6 luxury apartments on a restricted site.
The building replaced an existing 1970’s bungalow that occupies a plot between a local distributor road and the seashore.
The building accommodates six luxury apartments on two floors raised above on site garaging for twelve cars.
Construction involved structural steelwork, reinforced concrete floors, traditional masonry and cut roof construction with slate and single ply membrane roof coverings.
